Q&A with Alex Pointet

The great establishments you work with, the fact JWA focus on brand strategy in the arts and that Scandinavia is big deal on your client list. I’m fascinated by that part of the world. I also think brand strategy is very important in companies. From signage to how people talk to each other in their internal communications, everything has to be consistent.

It's about consistency, about people being on the same page, being a big family and all working towards a shared goal. Brand is not just a logo - it is something that follows through.

Keeping clients regularly updated, creating good relationships with them and finding solutions together. It’s all about thinking ahead, good planning and great communication.

Travel and culture. I’ve recently come back from Cuba; I loved the atmosphere, the people, the crazy energy of Havana and the mellow rhythms of the rest of the island. It was like stepping back in time, there was no branding anywhere!
